# Lemon possets

These lemon possets are an easy 3-ingredient dessert, perfect for summer dinner parties.

## Ingredients

- heavy cream
- lemons
- sugar

## Instructions

1. Sprinkle sugar on top of the lemon possets.
2. Brûlée the sugar on top of the lemon possets with a torch.
3. Scoop out the inside of the lemons to create lemon shells.
4. Strain the lemon juice.
5. Pour heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest into a saucepan.
6. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
7. Pour the lemon posset mixture into the hollowed lemon shells.
