# Pizza Roll

## Ingredients

- 1 Pizza dough
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Chorizo
- 1 cup Hot cup Pepperoni
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
3. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
4. Layer provolone cheese, pepperoni, chorizo, and mozzarella on top of the sauce.
5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and place seam-side down.
6. Brush the top with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
7. Garnish with Italian seasoning.
8. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
