## Ingredients

- 1 stick butter
- 1 block cream cheese
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Combine a stick of butter, a block of cream cheese, a quarter cup of brown sugar, and a third cup of sugar in a bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients together.
3. Add two teaspoons of vanilla extract and a cup of your favorite chocolate chips.
4. Mix everything.
