# Peanut Sauce Butter Beans

## Ingredients

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 - 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 in ginger, grated
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 15-oz jar butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 whole lime, juiced
- chili crisp (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
- sesame seeds (optional)
- naan or pita (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, ginger, and garlic to a skillet over medium heat.
2. Bring to a simmer and whisk until thick and creamy.
3. Add the butter beans and stir well to coat in sauce, then cook to warm up the beans.
4. Turn off the heat and stir in the lime juice.
5. Garnish with chili crisp, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
