## Ingredients

- 1 pan
- 250 gr tomates cherrys
- 1 burrata fresca
- 1 pinch sal fina
- 1 pinch pimienta negra
- 1 spoon aliño de aceite, ajo y perejil
- 1 sufficient aceite de oliva virgen extra

## Instructions

1. Cortar los cherrys por la mitad.
2. Pimienta y sal los cherrys, añade aceite de oliva y lleva al horno 20 minutos a 200 grados.
3. Tuesta el pan por ambos lados.
4. Unta las tostadas con burrata.
5. Pon encima los cherrys asados.
6. Añade el aliño de aceite, ajo y perejil.
