# Homemade Marshmallow

## Ingredients

- 12 grams unflavored gelatin
- 40 grams strawberry flavored gelatin
- 250 milliliters hot water
- 500 grams refined sugar
- margarine
- sugar

## Instructions

1. Add 12 grams of unflavored gelatin to a bowl.
2. Add 40 grams of strawberry-flavored gelatin.
3. Add 250 milliliters of hot water.
4. Mix these ingredients very well.
5. Add 500 grams of refined sugar.
6. Beat very well until this mixture doubles in volume.
7. Transfer this mixture to a mold greased with margarine and sugar.
8. Sprinkle a little sugar on top.
9. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
10. Unmold it.
11. Sprinkle a little more sugar.
12. Cut the marshmallow into desired pieces.
