# SMASHED MASALA PANEER ROTI TACOS

Homemade masala paneer smashed onto a leftover roti, paired with green chutney and fresh veggies for a quick and unique taco-style snack.

## Ingredients

- 2 litres milk
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp jeera
- 1-2 tsp black salt
- some fresh coriander
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2-3 tbsp rice flour
- salt (optional)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 whole roti
- green chutney (optional)
- onion (optional)
- cucumber (optional)
- beetroot (optional)
- chaat masala (optional)
- lemon juice (optional)

## Instructions

1. Bring milk to a boil and add chilli flakes, jeera, black salt, and fresh coriander.
2. Mix vinegar and water together, then add to the boiling milk to curdle it.
3. Transfer the curdled milk into a cloth to drain and wash the paneer with fresh water.
4. Mix the prepared masala paneer with rice flour and salt in a bowl, then shape into balls.
5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place a roti on the pan, and top with a paneer ball, smashing it down.
6. Flip the roti and cook for just 30 seconds.
7. Top with green chutney, onion, cucumber, beetroot, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
