- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- cayenne pepper
- pepper
- honey
- 10 pound fully cooked spiralized ham
- Tony's seasoning
- salt

## Instructions

1. Split half of the pineapple juices for the rub now and the other half for the glaze later.
2. Add about three tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the pineapple juice.
3. Add about a packed 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, a little bit of cayenne to balance out the sweetness, and pepper.
5. Add a few tablespoons of honey to the mixture.
6. Gently open up the slices of the 10-pound fully cooked spiralized ham.
7. Pour the rub into all the crevices of the ham, ensuring every slice is covered.
8. Place pineapple rings on the ham using toothpicks.
9. Put the ham into the oven at 350°F.
10. Reduce the remaining pineapple juice by adding more brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, Tony's seasoning, onion and garlic powder, pepper, and a little salt, then stir and heat on medium until it becomes a thick glaze.
11. Baste the ham with the glaze every 30 minutes. Typically, ham is baked for 12 minutes per pound.
12. Take out a piece of ham and pineapple.
