## Ingredients

- brown sugar
- butter
- egg
- flour
- chocolate chips
- white sugar
- cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. Combine the brown sugar, butter, and egg in a bowl and whisk them together to create the cookie dough.
2. Add the flour to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, white sugar, butter, egg, and cocoa powder to make the brownie batter.

8. Pour more brownie batter over the cookie dough.
