# Strawberry Shortcake Cookies

## Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 0.33 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pack strawberry cake mix
- buttercream whipped vanilla frosting
- 1 pack vanilla Oreos
- 1 pack strawberry jello mix
- strawberries, chopped

## Instructions

1. Add two eggs and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil into a mixing bowl.
2. Add one strawberry cake mix into this mixture and combine it well until it forms into a dough consistency, starting with a spatula and then kneading with hands.
3. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
4. Roll out all of the dough and place them on a non-stick baking sheet.
5. Bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
6. Let them cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
7. For the topping, use buttercream, which is a whipped vanilla frosting.
8. For the topping used on the side of the cookies, crush down one pack of vanilla Oreos using a food processor and add in one pack of strawberry jello mix.
9. Chop up some strawberries and place a slice directly in the center of each cookie.
