## Ingredients

- 3 pc eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 200 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 g lemon zest
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 600 ml whipping cream
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml orange juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 pc orange
- 1 pc lemon
- 50 g honey
- 10 pc ice cubes
- 0.5 l Sprite
- 400 ml water

## Instructions

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Mix with a mixer.
4. Pour in the milk.
5. Mix with a mixer.
6. Add flour and baking powder.
7. Mix with a whisk.
8. Grate lemon zest and add lemon juice.
9. Mix well.
10. Pour the dough onto a baking tray.
11. Pour whipping cream into a bowl.
12. Add powdered sugar.
13. Mix with a mixer.
14. Add orange juice and mix with a mixer.
15. Put the whipped cream in a piping bag.
16. Cut out circles from the baked dough.
17. Place the circles on a plate and brush with orange juice.
18. Pipe whipped cream on top.
19. Crush the remaining dough into crumbs.
20. Coat the cakes with the crumbs.
21. Decorate with some powdered sugar.
22. Enjoy!
