# Breakfast Plate with French Toast, Bacon, and Berry Sauce

## Ingredients

- 12 Sausages
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1 bag Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 cup Water
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning
- 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
- 0.5 cup Maple syrup

## Instructions

1. Boil sausages in a pot of water.
2. Remove sausages and drain.
3. Grill sausages on a griddle.
4. Cook bacon on griddle.
5. Make berry sauce. Combine frozen berries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a pot and simmer until thickened.
6. Whisk together milk, eggs, and seasoning.
7. Dip bread slices into the milk mixture.
8. Grill bread on the griddle until golden brown on both sides.
9. Cut bread into triangles.
10. Arrange french toast, bacon and sausages on a plate.
11. Top with berry sauce, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
