## Instructions

1. Pour flour into a mixing bowl.
2. Add milk to the flour.
3. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Let the dough rise.
5. Dust a wooden surface with flour and transfer the risen dough.
6. Roll out the dough into a flat circle.
7. Cut heart shapes from the dough using a cookie cutter.
8. Remove excess dough.
9. Deep fry the heart-shaped dough pieces until golden brown.
10. Remove the fried dough pieces from the hot oil and set aside.
11. Prepare the strawberry jam by blending strawberries and cooking them with sugar in a pot.
12. Add diced strawberries to the jam and mix.
13. Create a hole in the fried heart-shaped doughnut using a chopstick.
14. Fill the doughnut with strawberry jam using a piping bag.
15. Place a chopstick into the filled doughnut.
16. Pipe white chocolate ganache in swirls onto the doughnut to create the devil fruit pattern.
17. Melt white chocolate and mix with cream.
18. Add red food coloring to the melted white chocolate mixture and blend until fully incorporated.
19. Dip the decorated heart-shaped doughnuts into the red chocolate mixture to coat them completely.
20. Add a green stem to complete the devil fruit appearance.
