# Spaghetti Incident

## Ingredients

- 1 stalk celery
- 10 cl tomato sauce
- 10 cl cherry wine
- 10 cl water
- 100 g pasta
- 1 ball burrata
- 2 leaves basil
- 5 cl vodka
- 1 pinch dry tomato

## Instructions

1. Chop the celery into small pieces.
2. Cook and mix all ingredients in a pot: celery, tomato sauce, cherry wine, water and pasta.
3. Strain the mixture.
4. Add 10 cl of the strained mixture, 5 cl of vodka to a mixing glass.
5. Mix well.
6. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice.
7. Add burrata foam, dry tomato powder, and basil.
