## Ingredients

- 3 tbsp soybean paste
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 30 g wild chives, chopped
- a pinch sesame seeds (optional)

## Instructions

1. Mix soybean paste, gochujang, garlic, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
2. Add chopped wild chives and sesame seeds, then mix again.

## Tips

- You can use 3 cloves of chopped garlic instead of 1 tbsp minced garlic.
- Measurements are based on a standard tablespoon.
- Use green onions if wild chives are out of season.
- Serve with pork belly, rice, extra sliced garlic, and kimchi in a lettuce wrap.
