# Taco Roll Ups

An easy 5-ingredient appetizer for a crowd: taco roll ups.

## Ingredients

- 1 block softened block of cream cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag cheese (mild cheddar)
- flour tortillas (burrito size)

## Instructions

1. Add softened cream cheese to a bowl.
2. Add 16 oz of sour cream to the bowl.
3. Add 1 packet of taco seasoning to the bowl.
4. Blend the mixture with a hand mixer.
5. Mix in a whole bag of cheese with a spoon (do not blend).
6. Spread the mixture onto a tortilla.
7. Roll up the tortilla.
8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.
9. Put the rolled tortillas in the fridge to set up.
10. Cut off the ends of each roll.
11. Slice the rolls into small pieces.
12. Serve with salsa or by themselves.
