## Equipment

- Pan
- Lid
- Tongs
- Fork
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Glass bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring cup
- Spoon
- Strainer

## Tips

- Boiling the sweet potatoes will make them easier to peel and cut once they're cool down, and it cuts down the cooking time in the oven.
- Do not use pancake syrup, real maple syrup is needed to get that maple flavor.
- The citrus (orange and lemon juice) will balance out all the sweetness from the sugar and the maple syrup and allow you to taste all the flavors from the spices.
