# Grammie Angel's Swedish Apple Pie

A delicious Swedish apple pie, similar to a sugar cookie on a pie.

## Ingredients

- 6 apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- whipped cream

## Instructions

1. Peel and slice six apples.
2. Add one tablespoon of sugar to the sliced apples.
3. Add one tablespoon of cinnamon to the sliced apples.
4. Mix the apples, sugar, and cinnamon until covered.
5. Butter the pie dish.
6. Pour the apple mixture into the buttered pie dish.
7. Melt the rest of the butter in the microwave.
8. Add one egg to the melted butter.
9. Add one cup of sugar to the butter and egg mixture.
10. Add one cup of flour to the mixture.
11. Mix until well combined.
12. Spread the mixture over the apples in the pie dish.
13. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
14. Serve with homemade whipped cream.
