- 1 can diced green chilies
- chopped onion

## Instructions

1. Grab yourself a 9-pound pork butt.
2. Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Sear it in a little bit of oil on both sides.
4. Pop it into your crock pot with some chicken broth, orange juice, lime juice, and minced garlic.
5. Add one can of diced green chilies, the seasonings listed below, and a chopped onion.
6. Put on that lid and let it cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
7. Once you can stick a pair of tongs in there and shred that as easily as your hopes and dreams, you're ready to make some tacos.
8. Get a big pan over medium heat and add in a little bit of that pork so it can crisp up.
9. Dip your tortilla into those juices and fry it on both sides so it's nice and crispy.
10. Add a little pile of Chihuahua cheese to each taco, smash them down and repeat this process until you run out of tortillas, meat, patience, or all three.
11. Drain off any extra grease on a paper towel.
12. Top them with a little bit of nature's soap and dinner is ready to go.
