# Deconstructed Spicy Wonton Soup

## Ingredients

- pork

## Instructions

1. Add ground pork to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add chopped shrimp to the bowl with the pork.
3. Pour sesame oil over the pork and shrimp.
4. Add sugar, black pepper, chicken powder, and MSG to the bowl.
5. Add chopped ginger to the mixture.
6. Add minced garlic to the mixture.
7. Mix all ingredients together by hand until well combined.
8. Add oil to a large pan.
9. Add minced garlic to the hot oil.
10. Add chopped onions to the pan.
11. Sauté the garlic and onions until translucent and slightly browned.
12. Pour chicken broth into the pan with the sautéed ingredients.
13. Add low sodium soy sauce to the broth.
14. Add Sambal to the broth for spice.
15. Scoop the pork and shrimp mixture into the simmering broth.
16. Cut wonton wrappers in half and add them to the soup.
17. Add chopped Bok Choy to the soup.
18. Stir the soup and let it simmer until the ingredients are cooked through.
19. Ladle the deconstructed wonton soup into a bowl.
20. Drizzle chili oil over the soup.
21. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
