## Ingredients

- 2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist yellow cake mix
- 4 whole egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water
- cooking spray (optional)

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Combine both boxes of corn muffin mix and the yellow cake mix in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and water to the dry mix.
4. Use an electric hand mixer to blend all ingredients until well incorporated.
5. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and pour the batter into it.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 28-33 minutes.
