# Honey Butter Caramelized Croissants

## Ingredients

- 8 whole croissant
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise.
2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and vanilla extract.
3. Dip the croissant halves into the honey butter mixture, let the excess drip off, and place them on a baking tray.
4. Lightly brush the tops of the croissants with a little more of the honey butter mixture.
5. Bake in the oven until the croissants are golden and crispy and the honey butter is bubbling.
6. Let the croissants cool on the tray for 10-15 minutes until the sugar crusts up.

## Tips
