## Ingredients

- 2 avocado
- 2 slices bread
- 10 slices tomato
- 10 slices mozzarella
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 5 leaves basil

## Instructions

1. Spread mashed avocado on two slices of bread.
2. Layer tomato and mozzarella slices on top of the avocado.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and pesto.
5. Garnish with basil leaves.
6. Cut in half and serve
