# Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes

## Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.5 cup milk
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

## Instructions

1. Boil 2 lbs potatoes.
2. Mash the potatoes with ",25 cup butter, ",5 cup milk, salt and pepper.
3. Brown 1 lb ground beef with 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves.
4. Stir in 1 tbsp flour.
5. Add 2 cups beef broth and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
6. Simmer until thick.
7. Pour the gravy over mashed potatoes.
