# Super moist festive mug cake

Super moist and super easy festive mug cake. No eggs & no oven needed.

## Ingredients

- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 25 ml flavourless oil
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 festive sprinkles
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 3 festive decorations

## Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients for the cake to a bowl and whisk them together until smooth
2. Add some festive sprinkles and stir these in
3. Scoop it into 1 or 2 mugs
4. Microwave 500W 1 min 20 sec
5. Mix together icing sugar and milk until smooth
6. Pour it onto your warm cake and top with festive sprinkles or any decorations you like
