# Brownies aux dattes et bananes

## Ingredients

- 3 Oeufs
- 200 gr Chocolat noir
- 2 c à s Huile de noix de coco
- 100 gr Dattes ramollies
- 2 Bananes bien mûres
- une pincée Sel
- 70 gr Farine au choix
- 40 gr Poudre d'amande
- 60 gr Pépites de chocolat

## Instructions

1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
2. Mix the eggs, bananas, dates and a pinch of salt in a blender.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. Add the melted chocolate, sifted flour, almond powder, chocolate chips and mix.
5. Pour the batter into a mold.
6. Cook for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

## Tips

- Mettre la pâte dans un moule de 20 cm de diamètre ou 15×25 cm
- Cuire pendant 35 minutes à 180 degrés.
