## Ingredients

- 2 peaches
- 8 ounces Pillsbury crescent roll dough
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 0.33 cup granulated sugar
- 0.33 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.75 cup lemon-lime soda
- vanilla ice cream

## Instructions

1. Cut the washed and dried peaches into wedges.
2. Unroll the 8oz tube of Pillsbury crescent roll dough and carefully separate the sections so you have 8 triangles.
3. Take a peach wedge, place it on the bottom wider end of the dough, roll it up, and then make sure that the seams are sealed and that the peach is completely enclosed.
4. Spray a square baking dish.
5. Place the dumplings in a single layer into the baking dish.
6. Combine the melted unsalted butter with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
7. Give the mixture a good whisk.
8. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the dumplings.
9. Pour the lemon-lime soda in between the dumplings, not on top, as the carbonation helps to form a nice crust as they bake.
10. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 minutes.
11. Let them sit for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
12. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
