## Ingredients

- penicillaire
- clou de girofle
- cannelle
- arachide
- Guéni
- Gongolili
- Yirifa
- Peak filled evaporated milk
- sucre vanillé
- Niksi instant cream
- 1 Gold fly

## Instructions

1. Wash the penicillaire.
2. Let it sit in lukewarm water for 3 hours.
3. Add the clove and cinnamon to the pot.
4. Remove the cloves and cinnamon.
5. Add penicillaire to boiling water.
6. Add Guéni, Gongolili and Yirifa.
7. Add the Peak filled evaporated milk, sucre vanillé, Niksi instant cream in a bowl and stir it.
8. Add the mix to the pot.
9. Add 1 Gold fly.
