## Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken
- olive oil
- salt
- granulated garlic
- oregano
- garlic, chunky
- 1 whole onion
- red pepper
- tomato sauce
- basil, fresh

## Instructions

1. Arrange chicken in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, granulated garlic, and oregano, mixing thoroughly to coat.
2. Oil a sheet pan with olive oil and arrange the seasoned chicken in a single layer.
3. Distribute chunky garlic, sliced onions, and sliced red peppers evenly over the chicken.
4. Pour the tomato sauce over everything on the pan.
5. Rinse the empty sauce container with a splash of water and pour into the pan to ensure all sauce is used.
6. Tear the fresh basil leaves by hand and scatter them over the chicken and vegetables.
7. Place the pan in a 400-degree oven.
8. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 185 degrees.
9. Remove from the oven, top with more fresh torn basil, and serve.
