# Lemon Tea Concentrate

A concentrate made from lemons, sugar, and spices intended to be used to make tea.

- a few Cloves
- some Star anise
- little Water

## Instructions

1. Slice the lemons.
2. Add the lemon slices to a pan.
3. Cover the lemon slices with sugar.
4. Add the cloves and star anise.
5. Add a little bit of water.
6. Cook until the mixture turns into a black trickle.
