# Queijo Quente Caramelizado

## Ingredients

- manteiga
- 2 fatias fatias de pão sourdough
- queijo mussarela
- mel

## Instructions

1. Melt a little butter in a pan over low heat.
2. Add two slices of your favorite bread to the pan.
3. When lightly golden, turn the slices and stuff one of them with lots of cheese.
4. Close the sandwich with the other slice.
5. Add a little more butter to the pan and, when melted, turn the sandwich to brown the other side.
6. With the cheese melted, turn the sandwich again and cover the top with more cheese, and cover the pan.
7. When both sides are golden brown and the cheese grilled, add honey to caramelize both sides.
