## Ingredients

- 0.5 حبة حبة بطاطا
- 1 كوب حليب
- 1 ملعقة سكر ستيفيا او عسل
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة جيلاتين

## Instructions

1. ضع نصف حبة بطاطا مسلوقة في وعاء.
2. أضف كوب حليب.
3. أضف ملعقة من سكر ستيفيا أو عسل.
4. هرس البطاطا وقلّب الخليط على نار هادئة.
5. أضف ملعقة كبيرة من الجيلاتين وقلّب.
6. ضع الخليط في قالب وضع في الثلاجة حتى يبرد.
