## Ingredients

- 1000 g bread flour
- 20 g salt
- 7 g active dry yeast
- 700 g water

## Instructions

1. Place mixing bowl on a scale and add bread flour.
2. Add salt to the mixing bowl.
3. Add active dry yeast to the mixing bowl.
4. Mix the dry ingredients together with a dough hook.
5. Add water to the bowl.
6. Knead the dough in a stand mixer at speed 2.
7. Transfer the dough to a bowl to proof, letting it rise.

## Tips

- If making the dough to eat the same day, use water that is between 90-100 degrees F and let it proof at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
