## Ingredients

- Boston lettuce

- 0.5 cup white vinegar
- 0.75 cup vegetable oil

## Instructions

1. Start with a mason jar.
2. Add half a cup of brown sugar to the mason jar.
3. Add half a cup of white vinegar to the mason jar.
4. Add three-quarters of a cup of vegetable oil to the mason jar.
5. Add about half an onion into the mason jar.
6. Close the lid and give the mason jar a quick shake to combine the ingredients.
7. Drizzle the dressing over Boston lettuce and spring onion.
