## Ingredients

- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.5 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.25 cup flour
- 2 cups broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 golden potatoes
- 0 salt

- 2 tsp paprika
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 0 green onion

## Instructions

1. Add butter, onion, and garlic to a pot.
2. Add flour to thicken and mix until dissolved.
3. Add broth, milk, heavy cream, potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Cook until potatoes are tender.
5. Add sour cream and mash together.
6. Add cheddar cheese.
7. Top with bacon and green onion (optional).
