- 1 pinch Serbuk kunyit
- 1 Bawang holland
- 1 Bawang putih
- 1 Lobak merah
- 1 Cili merah
- 1 Sos tiram
- 1 Sos cili
- 1 Sos tomato
- 1 Kicap manis

## Instructions

1. Gaul ayam dengan garam dan serbuk kunyit.
2. Goreng ayam sehingga masak.
3. Masukkan bawang holland, bawang putih, lobak merah dan cili merah.
4. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili, sos tomato dan kicap manis.
5. Gaul rata dan masak sehingga kuah pekat.
