# 8 Family Dishes with one Chicken Dough

## Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken thigh fillet without skin

## Instructions

1. Grind the chicken, garlic, red onion, eggs and tapioca flour.
2. Add chicken stock and salt.
3. Grind until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into 8 parts.
5. Round, boil, add vegetables to make chicken meatballs.
6. Steam, cut, bathe, scrub, then air fry to make nuggets.
7. Put in egg roll skin, roll up, steam, cut, pan-fry or air fry for egg rolls.
8. Add leek pieces, shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, mix well, put in gyoza skin and fold to make gyoza.
9. Add chopped shrimp to half of the dough, then divide into 4.
10. Put it in mini spring roll skin, shape it like the Titanic, brush with oil, then air fry it to make mini wontons.
11. Wrap in tofu skin, steam, cut and you can freeze it too, then air fry it to make Hekeng.
12. Add ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, fry in a little oil, steam until cooked, add the sauce to make tofu skin spring rolls.
13. Add sesame oil, wrap in dumpling skin, fold, add grated carrots on top to make dumplings.
