## Ingredients

- 5 whole jalape

_os
- 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 2 small spoons minced garlic
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet equivalent dry ranch seasoning

## Instructions

1. Get a bowl for mixing.
2. Take whole jalape

_os, cut them in half, gut them, and remove most of the seeds.
3. Dice the jalape

_os into small pieces using a vegetable chopper.
4. Add the diced jalape

_os into the mixing bowl.
5. Add one can of drained Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies to the bowl.
6. Add one cup of sour cream to the bowl.
7. Add one cup of bacon bits to the bowl.
8. Add one big spoon (or two small spoons) of minced garlic to the bowl.
9. Add one block of softened cream cheese to the bowl.
10. Add one cup of pepper jack cheese to the bowl.
11. Add one cup of sharp cheddar cheese to the bowl.
12. Sprinkle dry ranch seasoning into the bowl (about a packet's worth, or to taste).
13. Mix all ingredients together very well until combined.
14. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
15. Serve and enjoy with chips.

## Tips

- If you want the dip spicier, leave some seeds in the jalape
