# Easy Inexpensive Beef Pasta Dinner

An easy and inexpensive slow cooker beef pasta dinner that will feed an entire hungry family.

## Ingredients

- 1 pound stew meat
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 carton beef broth
- 3 packets brown gravy
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package cooked egg noodles
- parsley
- red pepper flakes

## Instructions

1. Add a pound of stew meat to your slow cooker.
2. Add one packet of French onion soup mix, one carton of beef broth, and three packets of brown gravy.
3. Stir all ingredients together.
4. Put the lid on the slow cooker.
5. Set your slow cooker to low for six hours or high for less than that.
6. When it's done, take off the lid.
7. Stir in one cup of sour cream.
8. Add one package of cooked egg noodles or any noodles you want.
9. Stir the noodles in.
10. Serve some in a bowl.
11. Sprinkle parsley on top if you have some.
12. Optionally, add some red pepper flakes.
