## Equipment

- Ninja Creami ice cream maker

## Tips

- Xanthan gum is 100 times better than Jello pudding mix for this recipe.
- If the ice cream is crumbly after the first spin, scrape down the sides and respin.
- Make a hole down the center before adding mix-ins.
- Run it on the mix-in setting for best results.
- This recipe tastes as good as, if not better than, the Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's and has 1/3 the calories and double the protein for the entire pint, allowing you to eat it every night and still stay on track with your fitness goals.
