## Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 0.75 cup light brown sugar
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2.25 cup ap flour
- 0.5 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp espresso powder
- 1.5 cups dark, semi, milk chocolate

## Instructions

1. Cream together the butter and sugars.
2. Add in egg and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, espresso powder (optional).
4. Add the dry to the wet and fold gently to combine without overmixing.
5. Add in your chocolate of choice.
6. Set in the fridge at least an hour.
7. Bake at 350 for 12-14 min (time with vary with the sizes).
