# Herbal Ibuprofen

An herbal remedy often called Amish Ibuprofen used for relief of headaches or fevers.

## Ingredients

- 1/4 cup dandelion root
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp 95-proof vodka (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add the dandelion root, rosemary, vinegar, and vodka (if using) into a glass jar.
2. Seal it tight, shake well, and store in a cool dark cupboard for up to 4 weeks, shaking it every so often.
3. Strain out the plant material and pour into a dark amber bottle for storage.

## Tips

- Vodka helps with extraction.
- Adult dose is about 30 drops when needed.
