# Mini Strawberry Shortcakes

## Ingredients

- 100 grams all purpose flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 30 ml milk
- 30 grams butter
- strawberries
- whipping cream

## Instructions

1. Add 3 eggs to a bowl.
2. Add 100 grams of sugar to the bowl.
3. Mix with an electric mixer until it is smooth and runny.
4. Sift 100 grams of all purpose flour into the bowl.
5. Mix it well.
6. Add 30 ml of milk and 30 grams of melted butter into the bowl.
7. Mix it well.
8. Pour the mixture into a baking tray with parchment paper.
9. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.
10. Put sliced strawberries in the bottom of each cup.
11. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
12. Cut the baked cake into small pieces using a cup.
13. Put one piece of cake in each cup on top of the cream.
14. Add another layer of whipped cream on top of the cake.
15. Add another piece of cake into the cup on top of the whipped cream.
16. Add another layer of whipped cream on top of the cake.
17. Use a piping bag to add whipped cream around the edge of each cup.
18. Place a whole strawberry on top of the cream in each cup.
