## Ingredients

- 80 g beurre doux
- 10 ml huile d’olive
- 4 pc pommes de terre
- 3 g sel
- 3 g poivre noir
- 2 pc oignon
- 150 g fromage à pâte pressée
- 3 g sel
- 3 g poivre noir
- 3 g sel
- 20 g beurre doux
- 50 g épinards
- 2 pc tomates
- 2 pc billes de mozzarella
- 30 ml sauce balsamique
- 60 g sauce Pesto
- 60 g noix

## Instructions

1. Butter the pan with butter.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Peel the potatoes.
4. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
5. Place a layer of potatoes in the pan.
6. Season to taste.
7. Peel the onion.
8. Add the onion cut into slices.
9. Grate some cheese.
10. Add the cheese.
11. Fill the mold by alternating the layers.
12. Brush with butter.
13. Roast for 20 minutes.
14. Turn to the other side.
15. Roast for another 20 minutes.
