# تشيز كيك التمر

## Ingredients

- 2 كوبين بسكويت بيتي بور من باريتانيا
- 120 غرام زبدة
- 2 ملعقتين ماء
- 180 غ جبنة كريمية
- 0.5 كوب دبس التمر
- 0.33 كوب دبس التمر للتزيين

## Instructions

1. Grind the biscuits.
2. Add soft butter at room temperature and mix.
3. Add a little water.
4. Press into a 9 cm mold.
5. Mix cream cheese with date molasses.
6. Pour over the mold.
7. Freeze for about half an hour before removing from the freezer.
8. After taking it out, cover it with date molasses.

## Tips

- It must be cooled well.
