## Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 splash water
- 1 spoonful sugar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 whole mango, cut into small pieces and blended

## Instructions

1. Mix milk, water, sugar, and condensed milk in a bowl until the condensed milk dissolves.
2. Pour the mixture into a zip-top bag, remove the air, and seal it tightly.
3. Place the bag in the freezer for about 3 hours until solid but not rock-hard.
4. Use a rolling pin to break the frozen mixture inside the bag into small pieces.
5. Serve the frozen base topped with fresh mango pieces and mango sauce.

## Equipment

- bowl
- zip-top bag
- rolling pin

## Tips

- If the frozen base is too hard when you take it out of the freezer, leave it for a few minutes at room temperature to soften.
- You can add any topping of your choice; mango is used here as both chopped pieces and a sauce.
