# Pineapple Upside Down Cake

## Ingredients

- butter
- brown sugar
- pineapple rings
- cherries
- crushed pineapple
- vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pineapple juice

## Instructions

1. Spread butter onto the bottom of a baking dish.
2. Spread brown sugar onto the bottom of a baking dish over the butter.
3. Add pineapple rings to the baking dish.
4. Fill in the holes of the pineapple rings with cherries.
5. Add crushed pineapple to the cake mix.
6. Add vanilla pudding to the cake mix.
7. Add an extra egg to the cake mix.
8. Add one cup of pineapple juice to the cake mix.
9. Mix the cake ingredients thoroughly.
10. Pour the cake mixture on top of the cherries and pineapple in the baking dish.
11. Spread the cake mixture evenly over the cherries and pineapple.
12. Bake the cake in the oven.
13. Let the cake cool almost completely after baking.
14. Flip the cooled cake around onto a parchment paper-lined surface.
