# Blue's Ramen

## Ingredients

- chicken
- eggs
- flour
- ramen broth
- ramen noodles
- sliced green onions
- char siu pork
- boiled eggs
- Narutomaki (fish cake)
- nori seaweed

## Instructions

1. Put the chicken in a pot of boiling water.
2. Add some seasonings to the chicken.
3. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl.
4. Add flour to the bowl with the eggs and mix.
5. Knead the dough on a floured surface.
6. Run the dough through a pasta maker to create ramen noodles.
7. Boil eggs in a pot.
8. Crack the boiled eggs to prepare them for serving.
9. Pour ramen broth into a serving bowl.
10. Add cooked ramen noodles to the bowl with broth.
11. Add char siu pork slices on top of the noodles.
12. Add two halved boiled eggs to the bowl.
13. Place Narutomaki (fish cakes) in the bowl.
14. Garnish with sliced green onions.
15. Add a sheet of nori seaweed.
