## Ingredients

- potatoes
- corn starch
- pepper
- green onions
- egg
- oil

## Instructions

1. Cut the potatoes into pieces.
2. Place the pieces of potatoes in hot water.
3. Mash the potatoes.
4. Add corn starch, pepper, green onions and egg.
5. Mix everything together.
6. Using a piping bag and a knife, put the potato bubbles in a pan with hot oil.
7. Fry the potato bubbles.
8. Take the potato bubbles out of the pan and place them in a bowl.
9. Mix the potato bubbles.
