## Ingredients

- 1 taza agua
- 1 cucharada mantequilla
- 1 pizca sal
- 1 taza harina
- 1 unidad yema
- 2 unidades huevos
- 1 cucharada vainilla
- 1 taza aceite para freír
- 1 taza azúcar
- 1 cucharada canela
- 1 taza cacao en polvo
- 1 taza azúcar morena
- 1 cucharada vainilla
- 1 taza agua
- 1 taza chocolate semi-dulce
- 1 taza leche

## Instructions

1. En una olla, poner agua, mantequilla, sal y harina.
2. Agregar yema, huevos y vainilla a la masa.
3. Batir la masa.
4. Utilizando una manga pastelera, hacer espirales en aceite caliente y freír.
5. Cortar los churros.
6. Espolvorear los churros con azúcar y canela.
7. Para el Toddy, mezclar cacao en polvo, azúcar morena, vainilla, agua y chocolate semidulce.
8. Servir el Toddy con más cacao y leche.
9. Mojar los churros en el Toddy y disfrutar.
